The employees were really polite and friendly. The food was great. The whole place seemed somewhat neglected, certain meals were unavailable, it was kind of smoky, and they had no restrooms. Overall, however, I enjoyed it and would go again
The subs are pretty good but apparently the management or corporate doesn’t care about this location because they’ve had NO ICE for at least the past 6 weeks. I know it’s supposed to be a shipping thing but come on!

Staff is always so friendly I haven’t ever walked in this store without getting a greeting from several employees. They always go above and beyond for costumer service, definitely makes the hangry days way better. Food is always great as well.
They seemed busy today and couldn't make a small sandwich, only medium & large. The ice machine was also down but the drinks were coming out of the machine cold. Overall staff was nice and food was good.
I ordered a meal online and got confirmation. I got to the store and they didn't have it ready. The woman in charge said they never got the order. They acted like I didn't know enough to know what I had done. When I showed my confirmation email she said she had to call tech support to figure it out.
The past couple time I have went have been disappointing. Two times I have went and there was no ice. After I said something, they told me that machine was still cold… Um I think not it was like I was drinking soda sitting in the sun for an hour. They are always closing early. Like 1.5 to 2 hrs earl
Food tasted typical for the restaurant type; the portion was truly small for the price and relative to competitors...not sure what I'm paying for here.
Disappointed for my first time dining at Firehouse. No Chili, Couldn't get a fountain soda because no Ice, Couldn't get the sub I wanted because was out of the ingredients to make it. Had tables to sit and eat but had no bathroom to use. Don't think I will return to this location. Terrible experienc
