Papa Johns Pizza - Westminster - Photo album

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas. My pepperoni pizza was quite poorly made (see pictures), and didn't even have crust underneath half of 2 pieces, so all of the toppings stuck to the cardboard...Yes they replaced my pizza, but at my expense to run back out for their mistake!

Took over an HOUR for the food to arrive, and of course they forgot stuff! Don’t bother trying to call in, because 5 minutes on hold and then they just disconnect the call. Family owned??? Ha

The delivery drivers are awesome and it is always a fast delivery! My son loves their pizza and he is very picky.. its sad the founder is gone and I wasn't going to order again to be loyal bc of that but my son asked me and I can't say no to him.

We've never had a problem with this locations delivery service until they switched to using DoorDash. Our driver last night was extremely rude, forgotten items, left the food on the floor when we did not ask for contactless, was on a personal phone call complaining to the other person about how I -

What a Joke. No will not pay a $4.00 so you can send my pizza through door dash. Also if your going to answer the phone please learn how to speak English or Spanish. Mumbling like mushmoth isn't working.

It's a hit or miss with this location. Last night ordered an extra large with extra sauce. The pizza we received was 15" with hardly any sauce. One of the slices was completely without sauce or cheese. When it's good it's good, but more often lately it has not been.

One of their drivers pulled over behind my house and peed… in broad daylight… didn’t even try to hide it…
