Usually come here cause they do a great job, generous portions , usually very nice but tonight it was completely different the girl with the blue hair and the skinny girl at the register we’re both very rude they obviously do not care about having a kind attitude towards customers and are just sick

If I could I’d leave zero stars, absolutely messed up my online order, I don’t understand how they mix up two things like corn salsa with sour cream and green salsa with shredded cheese, they give me a number to call for a refund and they just hang up instantly. Never ordering from them again online

I'm a suckerbfor Chipotle. I know people either love then or can't eat there for whatever reason, but I love em. Good quality food and flavor. The team members there work very hard for customers. Definitely show them appreciation when you go in person. They work as fast as they can.

Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it. Then they proceeded to make it for me, but then told me I would have to pay again. One of the worst Chipotles I’ve eaten at; small portions, can’t seem to get orders right, missing ingredients. Chipotle used to be the go-to for good for you, filling, budget meals. Now they charge more and give you less.

Ordered a chicken bowl through DoorDash - only got chicken no other ingredients. Brought the order to the store to see if they would fix it. The manager first told me I ordered it incorrectly and had an I don't care attitude. I asked her why would I pay 14 dollars for just chicken. She just shru
