Ordered dinner tonight after a long day of work. Ordered a kids meal for my son, didn’t receive the rice for it nor the right drink. They sent a warm milk instead of the juice that was on the receipt. My husband had a avocado rind with the sticker attached to it mixed into his Burrito and didn’t send dressing for my salad. Not to mention this is probably the tenth time they messed up our order. And they short you on meat every time you order DoorDash.

Usually come here cause they do a great job, generous portions , usually very nice but tonight it was completely different the girl with the blue hair and the skinny girl at the register we’re both very rude they obviously do not care about having a kind attitude towards customers and are just sick of being there. Charged double for normal portions (at other chipotles like eldersburg), didn’t even fill the bowl. 28$ for this?

If I could I’d leave zero stars, absolutely messed up my online order, I don’t understand how they mix up two things like corn salsa with sour cream and green salsa with shredded cheese, they give me a number to call for a refund and they just hang up instantly. Never ordering from them again online. Food looks like it was sitting and just threw it in for someone that had ordered another quesadilla. I will never ever order from them again unless it is in person. Absolutely disappointed in this chipotle, the pico looks as if it’s been sitting for a long while. Absolutely disgusted. Also refuse to remake and send out the order to me meanwhile I’m at work and can not leave. Just wanted to enjoy my meal for lunch but wasn’t able to do so.

I'm a suckerbfor Chipotle. I know people either love then or can't eat there for whatever reason, but I love em. Good quality food and flavor. The team members there work very hard for customers. Definitely show them appreciation when you go in person. They work as fast as they can.

Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it. Then they proceeded to make it for me, but then told me I would have to pay again. I showed them the screen on my phone saying that my credit card was charged and showed them the transaction on my credit card app. The manager proceeded to tell me I could not have the food unless I paid again. I left, chatted online with customer support and they did refund me. I called and talked to a rep as well. No follow up from regional management as promised. My family will never go back. Terrible customer service and incompetence.

3 online orders. Sent my husband to pick up. off-course the husbands never open the food to check. This is my first time ever getting this little bowl . Chipotle always packs the bowls that are costing $10 . My first time ordering chipotle at the Westminster location. Couldn’t believe my eyes. 1/2 portions of everything. Maybe 3-5 pieces of lettuces. This is sad.

Chipotle used to be the go-to for good for you, filling, budget meals. Now they charge more and give you less.

Ordered a chicken bowl through DoorDash - only got chicken no other ingredients. Brought the order to the store to see if they would fix it. The manager first told me I ordered it incorrectly and had an I don't care attitude. I asked her why would I pay 14 dollars for just chicken. She just shrugged. So I pulled up my DoorDash order and showed her how/what I ordered and that I ordered it correctly. She said I would have to go through DoorDash since something was wrong with their website for a refund but then never offered to even fix the order. I wasn't looking for a refund just to get all of the food that I paid for. She told me I didn't order the food from her store. What store did I order from? Well this one but we can't help you. I left the entire order on the counter as I didn't want just chicken and chips to eat for dinner.

Just went into the Westminster chipotle with my husband and we each got a burrito. May have well ordered burrito bowls because the girl who was ”rolling" the burritos essential scrunched and gathered the tortilla together and quickly rolled it into the foil. With mine she attempted to roll the burrito and then proceeded to get a new tortilla and dump the filling into that one just to simply gather and bunch the second tortilla up. There's no way to eat the burrito because opening the foil results it everything falling right out. Neither of us ordered anything extra or even double meat so there is no reason the tortilla can't be rolled. In the past I've seen an employee add a second tortilla to ensure it rolls up and is secure but apparently that's not an option today.

This Chipotle is lacking Consistency. One day the chicken is not spicy the next it's so spicy my wife nor I can finish our bowls. The chicken is dry the chips were so over cooked they became chewy and almost stale. This Chipotle has nothing but issues it feels like. I love your food just not this location.

So tired of going in after 8pm and getting half a menu to choose from because they have already broken down the grill and won't make more food. If you don't want to serve people after 8pm then CLOSE YOUR DOORS! We should be able to get the same food and service at 9:45pm that customers get at 11am.

Cheap on servings. The bowls are halfway filled. When ask for more of something because they didn't even put but a pinch of lettuce in your bowl the employees act like its a sin. Been to plenty of Chipotle's and by far this is the worse!

Please be aware of how you are chopping and cooking your chicken. I got a chicken burrito from you last night. The pieces of chicken were all different sizes and at least one of the big pieces (I didn't dig further) of chicken was barely cooked. I threw my burrito out and am lucky I did not get sick. Careless employees have been an issue at this location for some time now. Rolling the burritos sloppily or not putting in the right ingredients but under cooked food is unacceptable.

Love Chipotle but HATE this location! I have faxed in lunch orders MANY times and they have NEVER gotten the order right. There is always something missing but yet we're charged for it. The portions are small. Not enough parking, especially at lunchtime.
