Usually I never have an issue with my order but today has really taken the cake. my order was all there ok no problem but my iced macchiato tasted like it was burnt!! Haven't been to this Dunkin' in a long time, and several years ago I never really had a "great" experience. That has since changed. They don’t tell you your price at the order microphone, nor the pick up window when you pay, they throw away your receipt as well. So, ask if you want to know. It was my fault for not asking at two chances but, I can still be frustrated at they care-less-ness. I’ll eventually get over my frustration
