First bar I ever visited upon moving to Westminster. Never needed to go to another.

This is my kind of bar. Thursday through Friday after 11pm you are going to see someone you know. The bartenders are friendly and if you come in earlier they are always willing to strike up a conversation. Cheap beer and good food what more do you want. Go there do it now quit stalling
