Excellent Food and drinks in a great atmosphere indoor and outdoor dining and lots of seating! Waiter was ok, bust boy was awesome, definitely check cutlery before you wrap it up to give customers got a couple dirty forks! . . .
This elegant Italian restaurant is a great place for a big group. They offer individual dishes and larger portions to share with a big family. The menu has classic Italian favorites like fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmesan. You'll also find high end salads, pizzas, and delicious steaks. They certainly have something for everyone. There are even some healthy choice options if you feel like cutting calories. We have been eating here since they opened. The service is great and the food is always perfect. The pastas are delicious and the sauce is very fresh. The braised short rib is a specialty that is tender and amazing. Make sure to save room for dessert. The tiramisu is probably the best I've ever had. They also have a beautiful bar so you can relax and enjoy a drink if you're not that hungry.
Went there for the first time last Sunday. Without a doubt, one of the best meals I ever had in my life. The food is fabulous. Everyone at our table loved their dishes. Will definitely recommend this restaurant!!
Business dinner with boss and colleagues, pre Christmas. The patio was nice. The food was good... my fish wasn't seasoned as well as I'd like but it was ok. The calamari and clandestine we're good.
Went here for the first time for a date night. Great atmosphere. Patio was beautiful and on the water (lake) which was very romantic. Was quiet when we got there but busy and noisy by the time we left. Upscale Italian food. Vegetarian friendly but not vegan friendly. Staff was friendly for the most part. Overall great experience.
I brought my wife here for our anniversary. Each course was some of the best food I've had, including the steak. The wine list has excellent pairing selections. We sat outside until mosquitos came biting. It's not the restaurant's fault. It’s something people might want to know. It was difficult to get a table inside when it became busier.
Dinner was delicious; the restaurant is beautiful. Our server, Heisman was just excellent. Restrooms were spotless. Great patio view. Had a wonderful time.

First off, the ambience is so beautiful overlooking a lake. The dining area is clean, soft music playing and the lights are dim. I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka and as imagined. It came out perfect. The temperature was piping hot (as it should be) the sauce was creamy and had excellent texture. The portion was plentiful. I also ordered an Espresso! The waiter was very attentive and service was great. I highly recommend Acquolina as Weston’s best kept secret.

Never not an excellent meal at Acquolina! This is definitely a go-to restaurant when you want to have great drinks, top-notch service and truly delicious Italian-American fare.
When you walk in, they have an inviting bar area with ample seating. I love dining in their waterfront patio area. It's a great vibe, particularly If you're trying to avoid eating indoors.
You can't go wrong with anything you order here, but I highly recommend their: Chopped Salad, Eggplant Stack, Sole Oreganata, Penne Alla Vodka and their Burned Broccoli or Burned Green Beans. Be sure to leave room for any of their house-made desserts, as they are all really special.
Fabulous this Restaurant earned all 5 stars with flying colors. Upon entering seeing a clean beautiful restaurant with WHITE table cloths I was sold upon entry drinks amazing very good size homemade entree’s full of flavor seasoned to perfection appetizers desert bread and butter this place is amazing definitely worth a visit when you are in the Weston area and if your close to the area it is well worth traveling to thank you to this great staff at Auqolina
A classic Italian restaurant in the full sense of the word where at any given moment, you can find a Tony, a Vinnie and a Franco waiting the tables, working behind the bar and shmoozing with the customers. Service is over the top and the menu is extensive with solid execution and attention to details. Prices are a bit high but that's expected in a restaurant of this caliber. An Italian restaurant with, well, a heavy Italian accent.
No complaints! Good atmosphere, drinks and food. Service is also good and timely. Definitely would recommend the braised short ribs, veal Parmigiana and the Number One Skirt Steak. All were perfectly prepared and seasoned. Well portioned for family style sharing.
