I had the Pineapple fried rice with shrimp and very good. We had the spring rolls veggie and chicken. I liked the veggie better but were good. Others had sashimi sushi and that was very good too. One had chicken teriyaki and she enjoyed that very much.
First and most important, this restaurant is open late! That in itself would give it an extra star or two, however, not only was I able to get a late meal, I left happy and full! The parking lot is dimly lit and the windows are tinted but when you walk inside your whole world gets a little brighter.
Moon Thai and Japanese Restaurant was a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in the door the friendly staff is taking care of you up until the time you depart. The decor is amazing and the bar area stunning. The food was spot on. And Sushi was super fresh.
