This place is amazing! The food is just as beautiful as it looks in the picture book they bring to the table, and it tastes even better. The waiter was excellent too. I will be back soon!
Phe-nom-nom-nom-inal! I can't believe how lucky I was to find this wonderful restaurant on my recommended places to order from. While they have typical sushi and Asian style dishes, their fusion stuff offers a unique experience! I only took a photo of the Sushi Pizza, because after that I was too engrossed in the food to think of it! Their packaging was sustainable, as well and the food even looked great after being delivered.
The food was incredible, many different options, for sushi lovers and none as well. Johana was a great server! And Sandra is a wonderful manager too!
For Sushi lovers, it is the first time we came and we liked it, delicious food and refill lemonade, excellent service from María, and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return, thank you!
Maria was great, very friendly. Minimal wait time for the food.
Got the Jungle, Dracula, and Tinkerbell, all were very delicious!
First time visiting Sushiato and I enjoyed the courses but just know that some of the dishes are small and very pricey.
Ordered:
Seaweed salad. The salad was good. I hate when you go to places and its either too cold or watery. The salad here was perfect with good flavor. Typically about $8 to $10 at other places but $13 here.
Miso soup was the typical miso soup, which is very hard to mess it up. Good amount of tofu in the soup but it was $10 while most other asian influenced or inspired places charge $5 for vegetable based soups. Even so they are about $7 for a soup with protein.
Ohanu Roll which is spicy tuna, krab chips, avocado and cream cheese with scallions, tobiko and sweet chili sauce, fried. (riceless) The roll was very good but for $26 it was definitely over priced! Especially for the portion you receive (8 small pieces), compared to most sushi rolls at different locations which are about $15.
Pork fried Gyoza was crispy with good portion of meat. ($12)
For dessert we ordered the Pan-fried Nutella and dulce de leche ball with vanilla ice cream. It was very good and is exactlly as described. It's a ball of nutella with a fried coating and a ball of dulce de leche with a fried coating. ($15)
They do have a happy hour that has b1g1 rolls which ends at 7pm. I did not come during those hours so I am not sure the size of the rolls or the pricing. I might come back but I am not sure if it would be often, as other places are more affordable for people to go more frequently.
Maria was super sweet and kind. My boyfriend and I will be coming back for sure! Oh and our favorite was the tartare!
We came to this restaurant thanks to a recommendation. We really liked it. The sushi was good, service was on point, the server was nice. The place is cute. We really like the mix with Art, in the plates, pictures and decorations. One of the rolls was falling apart and the place is a little pricey but we are definitely giving it another try! I loved the Tuna Tartar and the Gerstl Roll. Dessert was good too, we had the fried donuts and they were delicious.
Maria was my server and she was amazing including the whole staff. The food speaks for itself, incredible! The jungle roll was out of this world! Coming back to try everything on the menu
10/10 recommend!! The crispy nigiri was a great starter and the rebellion roll was unique and mouth watering!
