From the initial contact
Having Café Ala Carte at my grandmother 80th Birthday Havana Night Theme last June 18th, 2022, in Miami Shores was the best choice. Everyone Cuban, Mid Eastern and Americans Nationalities enjoy the diversity of different coffee. Will Definity hire them again on our next event.

We used Café Ala Carte for our wedding on 11/15/19. Having the coffee cart with full service barista was such a nice touch. The selection of espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos were amazing! My Italian husband's family raved about it all evening. I recommend Café Ala Carte for your next event!
