The atmosphere of Thyme Bistro was industrial chic and dimly lit for an intimate feel! Jazz music lightly played in the background and the service was friendly and exceptional. The food was outstanding, as were the drinks. A lovely experience all around!
Very good food, we didn't have reservations so we sat at the window table. I had the chicken salad, meatball hoagie. Both were very tasty! Service was very good!
This wonderful restaurant came highly recommended and it is no wonder. A mellow, welcoming atmosphere and high quality food. The wait staff were all extremely kind and pleasant (Savannah, Kyle & Andrea). We loved everything about Thyme Bistro (especially that the butter was soft and spreadable ... my boyfriend's pet peeve LOL)
Last night I had their sirloin with coffee rub, garlic butter, garlic mashed and asparagus. As a forth generation son of a butcher, I have had a number of wonderful steaks, and this was one of the best. If you like great steaks, I would highly recommend this one.
We loved our first time at Thyme Bistro. Our food was amazing and our waitress was as well. We will definitely be back!

In town for the BBQ bash. Lovely historic building. Fantastic friendly service. And outstanding food!!! We had a hoagie. Greek Flatbread. Steak. So much food. Sooooo much yum!!! This is a lovely local spot.
My husband and I were traveling home to Pittsburgh and read the wonderful reviews of this place. It is worth getting off the highway to eat here. I had the vegetable quesadilla and my husband had the smokehouse wrap. We chose the house salad as our side which was a nice size. Both of our meals were flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is nice as well, nice music playing.
