We really enjoyed our first meal here. We went mid week and it was not too busy. Staff was friendly, interactive, and helpful. Food was fresh and tasted great. Milkshake was a great consistency. Burger was seasoned well, and the fries are top notch.

It hurts to give only 2 stars to a place with excellent food and a great reputation! So here's why: What happened to the great customer service I've gotten at every other Shake Shack? That person who would take my order, answer my questions and generally make me feel great about picking Shake Shack

Find somewhere else to go! Thought we could grab relatively quick tasty burger, but took about 40+ min and was not tasty. There were 8 employees in kitchen, but still moving at snails pace. I don't get the hype. BUT! They serve beer. Which is more than I can say for the other burger chains. Food was prepared quickly and was a fairly tasty lunch. This parking lot is a death trap (seriously, lotta car & pedestrian accidents) so take your time and stop rushing. Have a beer instead.
