The ambiance alone is magnificent. The Cobb salad to die for. Great stopping for lunch place. I imagine the night life swings.

They have great burgers , chops and seafood . Friendly atmosphere , free shoe shines while you're eating. Oh and they bring in Terrapin to entertain the troops a couple of times a year !!
My first post-pandemic, solo trip out for a drink was to Dunville's. The bartender. Glenn made me feel welcome and mixed an excellent Manhattan. In no time at all, he and the other customers at the bar and I exchanging memories of old time Westport. The burger and fries I ordered were outstanding. The burger was perfectly cooked and flavorful and the fries were as crisp as I like them.
Glenn was fun and engaging...a real improvement over the places I've been where a single woman is often treated as though invisible.
If you're looking for good food and a welcoming place to have a cocktail, I can' t think of a better place than Dunville's, especially when Glen is working the bar.

Tried out Dunville's offering at the Chili cook off at SoNo Mall today.
The famous beanless all beef chili was quite nice, not too spicy with a very protein forward flavor profile. Overall a great bite that made me interested in seeing the rest of their menu.
Wonderful people, great food, and a nice place to see live music and drink with friends.

Lived here my whole life, and this is my favorite place to bring people when they're in town. Great food, great atmosphere, and some great live music. The clams casino, clam chowder, and burgers are all to die for! Can't wait to come back when things open up.
A Institution in our beloved town. Great food! Incredible Staff/Owner. The perfect "pit-stop" right of I-95. Best Burger in town!!! Hands down!
