Worst customer service I ever had in any Panera store. They hire kids to work there who don’t even know how to speak with customers. Also they took almost 30 min to prepare one meal. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Short lines, a lot of seating, friendly staff and before you knew it we had our meal in hand and under 5 minutes. Clean bathrooms with paper towel next to the door for a clean exit.
The Panera in Westport is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Service is very quick and dependable. The food is delicious and attractively prepared. I love their autumn soup, onion soup, and their veggie sandwich. my mother is a big fan of their corn chowder, and their chicken salad sandwich
That food is great but service is horrible specially that way the manager talk and treated customers is not ok. And beside that she goes outside every 20 minutes to smoke his cigarette. Not recommended
