Chowda, Clamcakes and Burgers. Order at walk up windows, wait for your number to be called and eat at sticky picnic tables. A great place after visiting Horseneck Beach. The fried food and chowder are great. The burgers and hot dogs are average. Finish it all off with fresh scooped ice cream. Gotta give the place credit; it's got character and attracts large summertime crowds.
Look forward to coming here every time we are up to visit family. The chowder, clam cakes and lobster rolls never disappoint... then if not full round it off with a big scoop of ice cream.
This is a popular spot for ice cream and quick dinner options. They take credit cards too! I believe they get their ice cream from Bliss in Attleboro, MA. Kitchen closes at 8 so if you are looking for a post beach dinner keep this in mind. Lots of options for hard ice cream and chocolate and vanilla for soft serve. They have plenty of benches and Porta Johns.

Awesome ice cream, try the ginger/rum raisin, best I ever had!
Can get crowded in the summer, they also have tables outside on the lawn. Grab some ice cream on the way to the beach!

One of my top 5 for ice cream. Easy to get to, outdoor seating, decent parking, good portions and fair prices. Dog friendly. My only warning is to beware of bees and mosquitoes, but you're in the woods so expect it. Will visit again, will highly recommend!
Great place to stop after a day at the beach!! The Ice cream is delicious, and is available in a multitude of yummy flavors. Also, there is soft serve for all you soft serve lovers! Delicious food is available at very reasonable prices. The setting is woodsy and wonderful!!! Very relaxing and enjoyable!!
