I know prices are going up but I just paid 60$ for a 20 piece family meal and I was told the receipt machine is down. Never again!!! seems more like someone pocketing money . I get home I have no biscuits 2 small red beans and my chicken is sitting in a box of grease.

Mrs.Karen and her staff kept their word and made things right. I stop there on my way home from work every once in a while because ours is still closed in Boutte. No chicken tenders, no chicken sandwich, no fries, no sweet or unsweet tea no fries, and after asking for ketchup several times she smackers her lip's and says we out. Both female employees were very rude and disrespectful. I'll never stop there again. Dude in the back cooking, props to you bro.

Waited in a long line, Waited at the window after paying, only to be told they didn't have any mild chicken. A wasted of my time waiting for nothing, I should have been told that when I ordered. No kind of apology or offer to fix it from the manager.

This location is hit or miss. I waited about 5 minutes before they came on the speaker to take my order. The employee was very nice and apologized for my wait. She was very friendly at the window and confirmed my order. The food wasn't that hot but it was good.

First I'm gonna say I been living a few blocks away for a few years now. Who ever owns this place needs to lose it if they what goes on at there business. It's always bad food and management. I don't eat meat so I was there with friends. But the line was wrapped around the building. So I was told the chicken was really good , I live in KY different believe me no shade. But it's not bussin bussin😋🤣🤣... But the customer service was great and like everything in new Orleans it was wonderful.

For the first time in a year (I avoided due to not recieving most of my order and i had to contact corporate to get my refund) I went amd walked to popeyes I was told by who I can only assume to be a manager that only Doordash and staff are allowed inside and this would've been fine if I could at le
