My favorite place: family, chocolate, tuna on toast from my childhood and memories of ice cream coming home in Chinese food cartons so fresh it stretched off the spoon! Daphne had the best birthdays in the basement�. Miss all of you!
Love Conrads! Maine Squeeze is my favorite flavor!! I really hope they make it a regular flavor. When Maine Squeeze isn't on the menu I definitely go for the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip.
I've loved Conrad's since I was a little girl, loved checking inside chocolates to see what kind they were. I wish they still had the assortment of chocolates like they used to, such as maple creams my favorite, they had the best sundaes I have ever eaten the Horlicks topping was the best!!
Conrads confectionery is a hometown establishment that has been serving us for DECADES.The candy and Ice cream are excellent, as well as the Proprietor, and staff. My sister worked there centuries ago. I'll take a pound of Dark Chocolate Caramels, and Orange creams ANY DAY!
There's no other place like it. Classic environment, amazing ice cream and chocolate. I come all the way from Westchester to load up during the holidays!

We purchased a large chocolate Easter bunny for our son. Beautiful attention to detail and pastel color accents. The problem was that it arrived with the ears broken off. Heartbroken, I called Conrad's, and they were beyond wonderful!! They said they would send out a new one immediately, and when I offered to ship back the damaged one, they told me to keep it and enjoy. Fantastic customer service and true example of how every business should treat their customers. I highly recommend. Going forward, I will be a returning customer of Conrad's. Thank you so much!

The best chocolate ever! I've been buying my Easter candy there since 1973. And...delicious old-fashioned ice cream sodas and milkshakes!
I just had the most delicious chocolate malted shake ever! I felt like such a happy kid again when I treated myself to an ice cream for lunch versus the usual – so glad I did!
The service was so friendly, it’s truly rare to see people genuinely happy to serve you, and I can’t believe how fast it was made.
Conrad’s will definitely be on my list of things to do next time I am in Westwood. : )
You know a place is exceptional when you always forget to take a picture of what you ordered or when you wait on a long line during Westwood's Summer Concert Series and know that each step closer brings you a minute closer to pure joy. Conrad's Confectionery is a must try in all of New Jersey. Whether you go for their homemade candies (the dark chocolate lemon is to die for) or simply trying to beat the summer heat with their ice cream. Nothing is a bad choice at this business. Try all the specials if you can, even if you're not adventurous. You'll definitely find a new flavor to love.

Perfect stop for a summer afternoon at old style cute mom-and-pop home made ice cream parlor right in the middle of downtown Westwood.
I wanted to try the Lumpy Gorilla after reading reviews but they didn't have it that day, so tried the closest thing - Banana and Oreo with wet walnuts. It was take you to happy-memory-land-delicious. Very inexpensive. Very rich and creamy.

Amazing! We go there during the warm months weekly, and just booked the ice cream truck to come to our house for our kid’s 5th bday party. It was the highlight of the party— who doesn’t want the ice cream truck to come and know it’s your bday!? So great. Local and wonderful- and the treats - all of them - are amazing!
Awesome ice cream selection and delicious ice cream sandwiches. Organized line outside and quick service.
They also have an ice cream truck that drives around locally, wish they found a way to put a tracker on their website or otherwise promote where it's going to be and when.
Chocolate selection here is fantastic very well made and very good.
