Today I ordered through a Uber eats and I received half of my order and only received one ice cream out of two. I called cold stone and the gentleman on the phone with me with so helpful and sweet and I had ordered again and he sent me a small note along with a couple of toppings and I was so thankful he really is the best there what a sweet thing this man did. I would highly recommend this cold stone and the man I spoke with deserves a raise for being so kind and thoughtful,and putting up with me which is not easy.
Yum! The young lady who took care of me was very sweet and helpful. The store was clean and was not too busy at the time of my visit. When you've got to have a great summer ice cream snack, this is the place to go!
The Westwood Cold Stone Creamery is outstanding. The store was clean, my order was completed on time but what was outstanding was the customer service. I spoke with Sal to order a birthday cake for my daughter, he was knowledgeable, detail oriented and customer service focused. He is a true asset to the store. I would never go to another cold stone after such a positive experience in Westwood.
