I was really pleased with the customer service here, yesterday, Sunday, June 20th at around 5PM. I desperately wanted an iced tea, but they were out because it was such a hot day. I got a reassurance that tea was brewing. I ordered an iced coffee which was wonderful and last me through this morning.
Their cream dispenser needs to be adjusted. A regular coffee should not be this light. I am a former Dunkins employee.

Worst Dunkin experience i have ever had. Lady was rude and didn't answer our question about the different coffees. There was a sign in the door for a $2 coffee after 2pm and and it was indeed after 2pm, but said it didn't start till Monday. TODAY IS MONDAY! We got donuts and she put them upside down
