Very rarely mess up my order, has only happened once or twice in two years. Even with specific things like no cheese they make sure. The times they did I got a replacement at no charge.
I ordered 4 donuts, only got 3. The donuts were supposed to be strawberry frosted, i got just a chocolate donut with no frosting. coffee didnt have creamer or swirl in it. these guys obviously dont care about customers
