The tables and floor were dirty. The fountain machine didn’t have ice, no napkins and the staff wasn’t very kind or helpful. The store wasn’t busy and we couldn’t find a clean table to eat at.

I honestly have no idea how a human being could think this order was ready to be picked up. These are TACOS. Absolutely swimming in sour cream. Chipotle offered me a buy one get one because of it. Terrible.

I feel dirty eating here. I usually love chipotle but this location never seems to have it together. There isn't any drive to keep the place clean or stocked from the food line to the overflowing trash. No employees were wearing masks. I got it to go, but no bag or napkins offered. Lady at the cash

Best Chipotle we have ever been to in Mass. The store was very clean and the food was so fresh. The Manager and staff were so pleasant and helpful. My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this location and will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience!

How is this place still open? I come here to pick up my online order and still end up waiting 15/20 minutes. There is a line to the door! There’s food all over the tables and floor. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Only reason i still come by is for emergency only and STILL I’m sitting here waiting

One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been too, I got tacos and the “gentleman” serving me was terribly sloppy, I don’t think he should have been working the front making peoples food.
