Service seemed good until my daughter found a hard piece of rubber in her mouth whilst eating fries,. I informed the Assistant Manager who apologised. He didn't seem bothered about trying to identify what it was or how it ended up in the food. No offer of a refund. Will not visit again.
Your usual, expected McDonald’s experience. The self-service kiosk I used to order wasn’t able to print receipts but it ended up being no problem as I luckily remembered my order number. I reported it and hopefully it’ll be fixed.
It’s thumbs down for Maccy fries, thumbs up for the apple pies.
Would give less than a star if I could, says 24 hrs on the internet and got refused service in the evening because we weren’t in the car. Overweight manager is extremely rude.
Worst McDonald I have gone too, food and rubbish all over the floor. No one at front door managing the amount of people coming in because of covid, and people walking around with no masks on. Got out food gave us no holder to put our drinks and ice cream in and no napkins. Wouldn't go again

Slow service got my grandson's order wrong hot chocolate was luke warm and was like dishwater. Won't be going there again. Very disappointed
Never going there again !! Changed my order at the payment hatch as they didn't hear what i said. The lad there was fine !! But the girl at the serving hatch had right attitude problem back chatting me Discusting behaviour by a member ofor staff.
