La Casona Mexican Restaurant - Wharton - Photo album

The atmosphere was nice and it looks pretty welcoming. We did not have to wait to be seated. The waitress was very friendly she came around twice but did not ask us if we wanted extra drinks or if we needed to go plates. We had to ask her for our check as well. Overall, a convenient location for our
I tried them once when they first opened and was not impressed. They have improved soooo much over the years. The rice is superb, and I mean superb. It was so good I ate what was served on my plate and ordered a serving to go. I ordered the LA Bonita, the same dished served at at other local Mexica
Great tasting food. The waitress missed it heavily on our drink and food order, but the meal must go on. I never return food ( Thanks to a movie "Waiting"), so we enjoyed what we got and went on about life.
Worth the stop. I had the seafood enchiladas (WITH CRAWFISH) and I will definitely stop by again in my next trip to Corpus Christi! Budget friendly and great value
What can i say they have great food and my wife loves the margaritas. The chips and dip with some queso is a great start until your meal comes out. A perfect spot to just vibe and relax. Keep up the great work guys😁

The food was really good and the portions were big. I will be going back.
Food was very authentic Mexican as was the atmosphere. Our server was nice and attentive.
My parents and I were driving back from H-town from visiting family when we stopped to refuel. I saw this mexican restaurant and we decided on trying it being that we still had a good while to drive down south Texas. We walked in and we were greeted by a young gentleman and a young lady whom they w
