I've always have had hood food n service at this Whataburger in Wharton, Texas. It's the one in Channelview I won't ever go back to. Their service sucks especially drive through.
Biscuits were delicious. Staff very polite and friendly!

First time EVER to Whataburger, and I loved it. Food was very fresh, but the service is what makes this place awesome. Guillermo Banda Jr. You need to give Lorine a raise. She is smiling always and checks on everyone inside when the line dies down. Def went over and beyond. Thanks Lorine and Whattaburger.
I would have given 5 stars on the food but we ordered no onion and got onion anyways . No big deal but this location gets slammed a lot and hold down the fort considering they are right off the interstate.

The food was good, warm and ready fairly quickly. We went in to order to go. It was very well cleaned inside, the bathrooms to. The sweet tea was good and the fries were fresh.
The place was pretty empty so our food was out quickly and the cashier was very nice. The overall burger was good but it just tasted like a homemade burger and they forgot to put the cheese in it. I’d definitely go again tho so it was decent
Food was hot and fresh, hadn't been hot and fresh in a long time. Service was fast, but for some reason the vegetables in burger were to wet causing the Bun to become moist and soggy.
Very clean and didn’t take long to receive our food , but on a bizzy day food might take alil longer than usual but the food is always hot and made to order .
Food was delicious (Mushroom/Swiss Burger and Double Whataburger, Jr. with fries) - MUCH better than MacDonald's! Staff was courteous, clean and worked in a professional manner (most appeared to be High School age).
Bathrooms were clean.

Great place and mainly the best whataburger I love going too. Yes it tends to get hectic at times with many cars on the drive-thru lanes but it's worth their food. Meals have always been fresh. And its usually always have everything on the menu available such as shakes! Staff is always friendly. As for atmosphere, inside I believe should be a bit better managed as per service. Other than that....this place is still a great burger place to go to.
