Even though the cook did not wanted do our fries the waiter took the time to do them and they were great.. For some reason the cook only cook have of our oder. But the waiter did his job and we were happy...

The staff at this Pizza Hut is amazing. I have been there for the lunch buffet and the service is great. I had a group of people eat there on Thursday Dec 22nd. We changed the order from to go, to eat in store. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly and with a smile. The entire staff was awesome. I don't normally write reviews, but this Pizza Hut could train other places on how to treat customers. Keep up the quality service and thanks for always treating me well when I come for pizza.
This pizza hut location is good, could be better though. Delivery drivers never have parmesan packets and have had my order delivered to the wrong address twice. This is an update to my previous review, I have started picking up my pizzas from the restaurant and they are always made correctly, hot and fresh. The service is great on the occasions I have dinned in as well.
Had lunch there today, lots of people and they were keeping up with the Buffett as fast as they could. Our little waitress was the best ever! Made a great salad for our table, kept up with the drinks and was just above and beyond awesome! Oh, and good food!
My grandkids were surprised you could dine in at a Pizza Hut, none of those in The Woodlands area. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. Our waitress was so engaged with the grands and helpful with the menu. We were there on a Saturday around 6, I can see why people choose to dine in instead of delivery or pick up. Only issue was the table was a bit sticky, the grands wouldn't change.

Wharton Pizza Hut has some of the most amazing employees and the food and service are great as well. Patra is the best waitress ever!!
Pizza Hut in Wharton is good, is clean, sufficiently staffed with friendly associates.
The pizza ordered was eaten onsite and had good amount of toppings, cheese, sauces.
Unfortunately the Pizza Hut stores in Houston area have staffing and quality issues, however this Pizza Hut in Wharton while small, is worth a stop if you like Pizza Hut when the pizza is made properly by employees who care.

The older lady that delivers tan chevy suv is awesome by far the best customer service is location offered.. she was on point, friendly, repeated the order didn't forget any of the items ordered.. thanks ma'am you deserve a raise or incentive. Keep up the good work.
I ordered a thin crust meat pizza with extra cheese. The pizza was ready faster than I expected but was lacking in cheese. Food was hot. Phone staff were polite and professional. The restaurant isn't far from US69 which made it easy to pick up my order and get back on the road
Usually wharton has kind of an issue with the quality of food but this was my second time eating here and the pizza wasn't gooey or feel like it's been wet for a while.
The crust is perfect and they put just the right amount of cheese.
Dont go on the weekend if you looking to get away for a quiet night eating pizza.
They have flat screens with the game on and sometimes you can get beer to wash your pizza down with.
This is a great joint to bring the kids, the only complaint I have is the seating is limited if you have multiple families in this establishment at once.
Can get kind of crowded pretty quick so be sure the timing is right before you unload all the kiddos to save headache of seating issues.
Placed order online but needed to make a change last minute. Had no issues when we called and the gentleman at pickup was very friendly!
