There are many great things I can say about this restaurant. I actually chose this restaurant as a surprise location for my girlfriend and I to dine at. I saw this restaurant online and its description of "a restaurant that used to be a Catholic chapel." This sounded too good to pass up on. As we en
This is an awesome place to go to. I came by myself, and my host Tracy was so sweet, and then the owner Richard talked to me for a bit Bout the history of the building. The food ND drinks were incredible. I'll be back in September and planning on coming back xoxo pizza box girl :)
Enjoyed a quiet afternoon in the bar of this classy and historic location. 7 beer taps representing a nice variety of styles, one was international.
The truffle burger was superb, with good quality grind and cooked just how requested.
The squash ravioli was delicious, rich, with a creamy sauce and
We had a family dinner at the Ivy for a party of over 20 people. They were able to accommodate us without having to book a separate room or to do an event and limited menu, with 48 hours notice, which was a plus. My grandmother was able to have the family dinner she wanted for her birthday.
The menu
My absolute favorite spot in downtown Wheaton! The food is incredible! I highly recommend the lamb paired with a red wine of your choosing. For dessert you can’t go wrong with an espresso martini paired with a moist and flavorful slice of carrot cake! Staff are always very kind and attentive. Thank
Beautiful restaurant in the heart of downtown Wheaton. Nice food and service. The warm bread with house honey butter was exceptional!
Excellent food and service!
The atmosphere was perfect for our dinner party. It has a rich feeling that is both romantic but also historic, the building is an old church and it has real Ivy on the outside.
The food was delicious. Multiple people at our table had the filet, it was very tasty. I had
The is so nice and Beautiful place and the food is so Delicious too...Perfect place for any occasion...🥰🥰
I recently attended an event called Ivy’s Tour de France. A 5 course meal served with 5 different French wines. Each wine was presented by their wine distributer who is actually from France and Ivy’s head chef presented each dish. To say this was fantastic is an understatement. Had a blast and will
We recently dined at Ivy. The food was exceptional. The environment was cozy and inviting. Hilary, the manager, gave us a warm welcome and the staff was very attentive making it a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!
Everything was fantastic! Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. We had the shrimp and watermelon starter, my partner got the surfboard tomahawk steak, which was huge, I got the special seabass, which was to die for! We also got the key lime brulee, which was very tasty as well.
I was surprised
The Lobster roll and Truffle burger were great. The service was great. But when ANY place charges me almost 3% to use my credit card…..I WILL NOT RETURN. That is a cost of doing business. My husband and I are very generous tippers (20-25%) and adding a charge for credit card usage is just wrong. Eno
Food was okay but my fiance ordered the jambalaya. Which the server didn't informed us that it was super spicy. The menu it self didn't indicate that either. I reserve my time online and reconfirmed the following day and ask for a food seat.. they informed me that anywhere we sit there will be great
Seated under the tent in a comfy booth in the middle of Hale street, we had lunch at Ivy. All the staff were so nice and we got two visits from the owner to make sure everything was satisfactory. I had the shrimp and watermelon salad with arugula and feta while my friend devoured the Cajun chicken p
Ivy Restaurant delivered outstanding service (our waiter gave us amazing service - cheerful, helpful, informative- and we never felt rushed even though we spent almost two hours there), amazing treatment of their customers (the owner came by to speak with each table and made sure we were both comfo
The food was delicious!! The space has some history which is fun but overall not our favorite atmosphere. Lighting was dim and space was a little cold. It was an older crowd. This is the most people that we have seen not wearing masks - January 2022
