Their staff are really friendly, great food, and an easy app to use and had n rewards from.
Everytime I pre order online for pick up, the order is screwed up. But when I go in and order the outcome is always better.
Also rarely see an adult manager at this location

The one on County Farm in Wheaton was comfort food for my wife and me when our son was in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at CDH for a month and we were staying overnight with him.
I realize that people don't like the owner of the corporation, or founder, or whatever he is because of his stance on big game trophy hunting, and I am a vegetarian, so I DO understand where those people are coming from, but come on-- if you don't like the guy, you don't have to be a customer. It is kind of silly to try and shame others for eating there.
Wonderful service and they never get my order wrong! I come here all the time. Love it!
Jimmy John's, on County Farm Rd in Wheaton, serves up great sandwiches and has speedy service, including the drive thru. Veronika has served me several times and is professional and friendly at the drive thru. She does a great job! 'Try the box lunch. It's sure to satisfy if you're hungry.
I made a large order for my wife and all the other nurses and doctors on the labor and delivery floor @ northwestern CDH. Not only was the order correct but the manager through in cookies and drinks! Thank you for your help suporting our medical staff during these tough times!
Had a catering order filled for 15 people. They were well made and we're delicious too. I'd give them 5 🌟's bit they don't deliver to my location.

Jimmy John's has great, fresh food at good prices; you can choose what kind of bread and ingredients; their employees are superb, and the Jimmy John's app is really easy to use (also easy to get great rewards).
What can I say but when you want a decent sandwich fast go to Jimmy John's. Their Frenchies aren't too bad. Make sure you eat them right away though.
