The staff was so incredibly sweet. I work in hospitality so I love good customer service and the four people I interacted with all were kind. I asked a question of one person and when he didn’t know the answer, he referred me to someone else who could answer it. The only problem I have is not necessarily with this location but maybe the company. This company has been my fave sandwich on the go spot for years. They have definitely cut down on the toppings (meat/cheese/lettuce/mayo). This is the fourth time (not all this location) that I felt like I was just eating a piece of over priced bread with some lettuce and a hint of turkey over the last few months. Today my “sandwich” was mostly lettuce and onions on multigrain. I asked for Turkey, swiss and mayo.
My grandson had a BLTA for the 1st time today and said AMAZING! My granddaughter said her mac n cheese was delicious! Thank you so much for always providing fresh food that tastes delicious. Staff are very friendly and food made perfectly! Keep up the good work. We will be back again soon!

I love potbelly sandwiches. They are toasty. I always get at least one cookie as well. My husband loves Their zapps chips. Their staff is polite, even when I'm slightly changing one of their sandwiches... I remove the mushrooms from the pizza sandwich. I rarely get the milkshake, but they're amazing too.
I really wish they were open later, as I would prefer to grab a quick sandwich for dinner some time. I'm often not leaving the house for lunch which seems to be their prime open time these days.
The cashier is very friendly and has a great positive personality. Whenever I go and he is there I know I'll get great customer service. Food is good too so far no bad experience the only thing is the music is a bit loud and hard to hear, especially now with wearing a mask.
I ordered takeout from here through ActiveMenus. My order was perfect and ready for pickup right on time. I got an Italian sub sandwich and it was delicious!

I love coming here everyones always super friendly and my sandwhiches always come out super quick. One day I forgot my card and Stephan one of that worked there very kindly paid for my food! I wa not expecting that at all. It was honestly one of the nicest things that happned to me and made my day!
Always have Loved Potbelly sandwiches. Their "Clubby" is the Best. Much more meat then Subway and their bread is better too!
They are fast and their sandwiches are delicious.
