August 19, 2023 at 7:50pm, I had the most amazing bowl imaginable made by colin mckay with the most perfect ratios of everything. It literally changed my life and I can’t stop dreaming about the heavenly amount of sour cream. I visit other chipotles but it just doesn’t hit as hard.

This specific location is a good one, though, and the waits are usually not too long. The staff is generally friendly and prompt (I've never had a bad experience) and the food seems pretty freshly prepared, unless you come just before closing. The bathrooms are always something worth noting, and they keep them very clean here, which is much appreciated! All in all, if you're hankering for a burrito made by a big corporation, this place will fit the bill.
One of the cleanest lisa been in recently very friendly, strong, fast service, even at 9:30 PM when people are usually getting tired.

The new adobe chicken is awesome. I wish they had a more kid-friendly meat option (the steak is spicy, yo) and corn tortillas as an option.
So over the last few years I felt Chipotle had declined in food quality and taste. Hence we barely ever went there, but today my faith was restored. Everything was fresh and the taste was back.
Edited review as this chipotle worked to improve knowing who's order is who's. These employees get super busy and last time some guy was getting mad at them for not putting on enough sour cream to his bowl, then cuts back the line to get more steak on it. Keep up the hard work chipotle crew
The best Chipotle I've ever been to, and it's honestly not even close. The food is always fresh, hot, seasoned well, and delicious. They're almost always making something new and fresh while you're there. And the staff is incredible. They're so happy and always smiling and talkative. I was there once when they were recognized for winning national recognition for their staff performance -- and they deserve it. I go out of my way to hit this particular Chipotle if I'm even near the area.
Went to this store 25 minutes before closing there was a bit of a line that I wasn't expecting. When I got up to order they were out of chicken. So I had to wait. I ordered two side shells with my chicken bowl. And the cashier accidentally gave them to another customer. When I was going to check out I wanted chips but they only had two small bags left so they didn't charge me. The side shells were made fresh. And the cashier offered me a free bottle drink for the inconvenience. I meant to run in infer to be a quick trip it was a little longer than I expected but CJ and the cashier Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure I was served well even though they were closing so soon. The team was organized and quickly restocked. Well making all the last customers of the night feel like they were important. The two I interacted with we're fun and Lively even though it was the end of their shift. Well done. If I were there manager I'd be proud to have a team like this. Well done.
Always quick, affordable, and delicious!
The food was warm, filling and delicious. But the staff was even better than the food. My wife suffers with celiac disease, so gluten free dining is a necessity. The moment she mentioned she had celiac the server replaced her current gloves with new ones. Additionally she told the staff and they made my wife's burrito bowl with fresh cheese and lettuce from untouched bins. They knew there might be cross contamination in the bins out front. So they were both knowledgeable and thoughtful.
I have had issues with their online ordering recently, but even when I have to order in-store, the staff is super-fast and polite. They have the perfect balance of friendly-polite-fast. Plus the fact that I pass their store on my way driving between locations for work makes them as convenient as I could ask!
I'm always impressed at the staff at this location. Everyone at this location is really friendly. This location had seating that is grouped together (long tables with many seats), which may bother the person who doesn't like sitting next to people, but I don't mind it. The staff was even cleaning the tables and sweeping in between customers. It always looks clean and the staff always had a smile!
