The food was tasty and generous. It's hard to find authentic southeast Asian dishes since it takes a lot of time and effort to create, this place nailed it.
Wow a super great experience, Max the chef-owner took great care of us and provide a huge selection of house specialties for our party. From the Lucky Bag and Satay appetizers to the whole fish everything was perfect. Just the right amount of heat and traditional Thai spices to create that special meal.
Went in and was greeted by a very friendly employee. The pineapple fried rice called “tropical fried rice” was good. The lucky bag is very good. Vibe was nice and relaxful.

This restaurant is a hidden gem!
I keep going back to this restaurant over and over again for their pork leg stew. The taste is 100% like you get it from Thailand street food which is so hard to find in the area. It is so flavorful. The pork and the gravy are just right on point! Highly recommend 👌
**UPDATE** The place has been newly renovated and the menu has changed significantly with a lot less of the street food type offerings they had in years past. Very nice looking inside now.
A friend introduced me to this place recently. If what you are looking for is food, don't be put off by the lackluster decor and tucked away location. The food is OUTSTANDING! Easily the best Thai food I've ever had in the United States and I have been in many many American-Thai restaurants. If I could give another star I would. This is an honest, humble, hard-working restaurant making flavors that must be tried to be believed. An important restaurant.
Excellent food. Truly such flavor and love the coconut rice. Takeout is always great here as well. The interior was recently re-done and looks amazing.
Just stopped by Thai Authentic food. Hidden gems place. Thai Taste Express by KOB. High recommended.
A regular for my family, they are able to accommodate vegetarians by leaving out the fish sauce.
Service was quick and helpful. It is take out only but they let us open the bag and eat there.
Green curry was very tasty and the “spicy” had a good blend of heat and flavor. I eat ghost peppers almost daily so I can’t be honest concerning the amount of heat.
It is different than other Thai restaurants as the green curry is served with fried tofu on the side so I ate it like soup as there were minimal vegetables.
We will return, as usual.
A hidden gem with an extensive and delicious menu! We came to try the curry fries and stayed for so much more!
We will be back.
The chicken pad Thai was delicious! Great portion and they have fantastic service. I ordered to go but was still pleased with the speed of service and communication. I will definitely be back
The food at this place is nothing short of amazing and I’m a picky Thai food eater…
The food was amazing! The decor is comfortable and cute. The service was personable and attentive.
One of our favorite Thai restaurants in the DMV area. Went for dinner after almost 6 years. This place was our go-to place as we loved the Thai food there. After so many years this place still serves great food. The place got a makeover with new cozy looks. The tables are small for groups but the restaurant is not super busy, so they can be combined when needed.
They have great beverage options for a restaurant in this not-so-fine dine-in category. The waiter was swift and the food was made quickly.
Our favorite dishes are spicy basil and green curry fried rice, pumpkin empanadas and fried Tofu.
We would love to visit again!
This is very epic and the food was amazing and delicious.

Amazing food but I placed an order today through Uber and found out they are gone, closed. Don’t order!
BEST THAI FOOD IN AMERICA!!!
This place does not look like much from the outside, and the inside inside is very clean and modest...but the food is so amazing and flavorful. We ordered 5 separate dishes, and they were all amazing!
