There are lots of factors that go into a review. While the coffee was good and my order was correct, the customer service knocked this experience to 2 stars and I feel I’m being generous.

This place is horrible. After 50 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received our whole order, after nudging and nudging the employees there it began to become very annoying and aggravating. The employees would ignore you if you tried to talk to them about their mess ups to fix it. They have no bread
I ordered 2 medium iced mochas with cream and sugar along with 10 munchkins. Received two vanilla iced mochas and 8 munchkins, which isn’t even an option? Lol so I paid for a wrong order. No problem, I would just say head to the Dundee location for decent service.
