This White Castle has pretty great customer service in my few encounters with it. My kiddos love the waffles or mozzarella sticks and fried from time to time. They're doing the best that they can, but it's the oldest operating and last porcelain clad White Castle in the system. Hard to work in such a cramped space. Manager and most employees are super friendly. Food is well, White Castle. Some good, some not so good.

Been going here over 40 years. Probably the best White Castle around. Heard rumors they're going to completely renovate the place. Lots of history here. Built in the mid 1930s, I believe.

LOVE WHITE CASTLE! NEVER been to one where the people weren't friendly, service great, and food made the way I asked! Just have to limit my desire and hold back more lol
