Super-friendly service from Anselmo and always delicious food. I usually order the Ruby's Chile and apple pie a la mode. This place has been a family favorite for 30 years! We enjoy the decor and retro music as well☺️.
Good food in a wholesome, retro environment. I had lunch hear with my grandmother. I got a barbecue bacon cheeseburger with French fries. She got the calamari. We both enjoyed ourselves.
This is a very nice place to have lunch or dinner in the heart of Whittier Area. It is located inside the shopping mall next to Kohl’s, Sear and 24 Fitness and many small businesses near by. Inside and outside this restaurant was very clean and roomy. The servers were also very friendly and helpful.

Very surprised to find out that Ruby's went bankrupt and new corporate ownership doesn't take the old gift cards. The website states that new owner's goal is "restoring the Ruby’s Diner Brand to its former glory." Not a good start by screwing the old customers. It will be a while before I want to go
This was me 2 days ago. Tacos, were cold, and seriously, who likes their tacos with artificial lemon juice, I truly believe it was even expired because the taste was horrible. My family didn't have a good experience either, I feel sad for the next costumers, because it's horrible.
