First time here since new ownership. Was able to get a table fairly quick, took awhile before we were approached for drink order and was able to squeeze in a couple appetizers. The restaurant was full so it took a while to get the appetizers and order the rest of the food.

A better sushi, better sashimi. Spot on for some good raw fish and rolls. This place is the best in town, no doubt. Had their special for a special occasion and guests absolutely delighted. Totally worth it, and was honestly surprised to find good quality sushi in Whittier!

Came for an anniversary date night meal. Service was great and the food was fresh and yummy. We’ll be back.
Cute little spot. Really nice quality fish. Like REALLY nice quality. Super sweet and helpful staff. The blue fin and albacore sashimi is beyond tastier than any other place I've been!! A total WOW!! Joy has some tough competition here!!
Sushi was delicious but bento box take about at least twenty minutes so make sure to order them first.
Very friendly service lots of repeat customers the host greeting many by name when they come in the door.
My favorite is the Cilantro Bowl. It comes with fresh white halibut fish, Cilantro, and cucumber. This recipe was passed down from the original sushi chef from the previous restauran, the legendary Iwa. I don't know about anything else other than this dish. This is so good, I would come just to eat
