Friendly service, great coffee. Clean facilities, well taken care of. A bit crowded but it's a coffee shop. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Very relaxing, mellow vibe walking into the shop. The employees are very friendly, helpful. Note: this Starbucks does not have a drive thru. So wait times are not as long as ones with drive thru's, always a plus. Clean area, nice spot for a coffee shop.
Good style… the usual one when I am around Whittier. Parking just in front. Parking lot also near by.
For the 1st time I had a barista take the time to explain different options. It was educational and I'm pretty sure made me a better coffee consumer. Thanks to the staff @ store #5507!
I like this Starbucks it's staff is great and the conditioning is usually very well. I wish they would bring out the outside tables again but that's okay! This Starbucks is my favorite to hang out at.
The barristas were so kind! Hugo and Tessa were amazing! They fixed up an order for me that was not their fault ! Love this location !

Let me just start by saying I had a VERY pleasant experience at this location. The cashier was very patient with me regarding choosing a tea to drink. He actually handed me a card with all the tea types available on the menu with the ingredients in each. He answered all my questions very patiently, sincerely and politely. He attempted to get my tea going, yet returned hastily and apologized profusely for actually not having the tea type I had chosen available. I just picked my second choice. He handed me the tea(which was VERY HOT). A lady asked if I would like a few ice cubes in it to bring down the temperature...I gladly accepted. She placed 4 ice cubes in it and it was good to go from there. She informed me that her son usually gets 6 ice cubes, but thought 4 might actually be enough for me. I thanked both of them for their outstanding customer service and left with this very pleasant experience. Thank you two for a job well done.
My only issue was...I should have asked for their names!!
