Actually very decent stand alone Starbucks in Whittier. Parking is fine, drive through is well designed, they have a nice patio out front that is fully set up with umbrellas. They have plenty of spots to set down. They r usually not that busy except weekends. Afternoon coffee kinda cold u usually have to get a new brew..

Waited 18 minutes for my drink and still not ready. I had to cancel for I was already late to my daughters game. That time wasn’t within a reasonable time. It is a busy and big store for having only one bathroom also. The staff was friendly though.

Add +10 minutes to the in-app order process if you order from here. Ordered 3x week for 3 weeks. Consistently slow, inaccurate and late for app orders.

Great atmosphere. Friendly customer service. The wait time is a little longer than normal, but understandable. Some of the items have not been available so I could have my favorite drinks. Other than that the drinks are still worth it. Nothing compares to Starbucks coffee.
