I told the woman at the drive thru 5 times I just wanted my burgers with cheese and ketchup and she gives me burgers without cheese. Dude if I'm ordering a CHEESEburger don't you think I want cheese????

No ranch in the store and the my soda tasted like they were running low on syrup. They usually do good so ill chock it up to the struggling times we're all in. I'll be back soon

The staff is rude (drive thru) she didn’t get my order right, she over charged and was rude about it at the window, I asked for her name and she said Jazmine, go ahead and call it won’t affect me, and rolled her eyes, at that point my daughter who was in the back seat yelled you’re very rude Jazmine

UNRELIABLE EMPLOYEES. If you say "No cheese" they will put cheese. If you say "No Onions" you will find extra onions. Now they don't have Beyond products for over a month and complaining is not possible since they don't even have a working phone or Voicemail. 🙄 big waste of time and constant disappo

Had to wait a bit for my order, and what I mean by that is 2 customers getting their food before me, but it was skeleton crew so I can forgive. Standard Carl's Jr. fast food restaurant. Clean and friendly staff. -B.P.

Not good service. They always take so long on giving you your food to dine in. Staff is friendly and respectful but they need to learn how to expedite and take orders at the same time on the front counter so us customers won’t get mad and have our food on time and still hot.
