Terrible customer service for a Chick-fil-A establishment (way to ruin a good reputation!). They have a habit of making you park for a simple drive-thru order only to forget you exist. Ordered some sandwiches, nuggets & strips. Order was all correct. All meals were tasty and nice and warm. Carry from the front door was quick and easy. The drive through line seemed long but with the staff members being efficient. That line moved really quick.

It's chick fil a, the service is what is expected and known for. The food is always good except when you get fries that are nothing but the broken pieces.

I love the best chicken restaurant in the Whittwood Mall and my gift card really works after all. The last time I ate there was in 2017 with my best friend Justin Gonzales.
