Everyone knows the food is great and the staff is friendly, but let me tell y'all about the bathrooms. I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to public bathrooms. I went in their bathroom to wash my hands before eating and it has to be one of the cleanest public restrooms in WF. I even went back to complement them.
We performed for this location’s lūʻau and had a great time! We enjoyed the children and their families and teaching every one a little bit about some of the Polynesian Islands! Kristin and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating and we would love to come back ���

Great service, friendly people, good food. Cindy is such a joy. She served our table today and she was just a day of absolute sunshine! We enjoyed her friendly demeanor and how wonderful she was with our children.
Always very busy but extremely efficient. For being a fast food place, the table service is better than you find at some regular restaurants. And the chicken sandwiches are good too.
I love the food and the customer service is wonderful!! All the employees are extremely friendly and wonderful to deal with! My only complaint is that there always seems to be a few flys buzzing around the place.

I've always loved this location and always receive excellent service! But today was just WOW! I decided to go through the drive thru as I'm on lunch between classes. I arrived to chickfila, placed my order, paid, and received my order, in 4 MIN!!! Amazing, outstanding job today!!! Thanks so much!!! Love Chickfila of Wichita Falls!!
I stopped at my Chick-fil-A today after what I thought was the lunch rush but there was a bus in the parking lot. I went ahead in thinking if I don't see a table I will just come back after one more errand. I was greeted by Ellen. She explained the bus was altogether so I could go this line but then she went on to say if you would like I will help you find a table and a high chair for my 10 month old baby then took my order at the table. It was wonderful to be helped with my baby. Ellen checked on us often and even remember what I was drinking for a refill. People laugh at how much I love Chick-fil-A. It is this kind of service that makes Chick-fil-A such a great place to eat.

I had the pleasure of helping open this store and it was a great time! I just recently visited another chick Fila and I was so disappointed. It was filthy, trash every where, floor was filthy, abs the employees were unfriendly and non caring. Just wanted to say yall take amazing care of the Wichita falls store. Your employees are happy and thankful. Yall are awesome! Thank you Mary Beth for being a great owner and boss!
Best chicken in Wichita Falls. Service is the best. Always friendly people and seem to really care about you and your family.
All the workers were SO joyful and seemed like an awesome working environment. Constance was so sweet with my kids when they were getting icecream. She went above and beyond.
Very busy lunch rush and I had my food extremely fast. At one point I timed a car entering the drive through and they pushed out some 20-30 cars in under 10 minutes!!
Chicken nuggets: grilled or fried, doesn't matter. They are still delicious. Pair them with waffle fries and Chick-Fil-A sauce and you have the perfect lunch!!
I can’t lie. I’m a huge fan of chicken. I will say that the Chick-fil-A in Wichita Falls, Texas delivers on the spicy chicken sandwich with a clean seating area, friendly customer service, and a steamy hot sandwich and tender waffle fries. They do offer quite a bit of honey mustard, which is perfect for any of their delectable meals. While I do wish their fountain drinks and water machine was on the other side of the cash register where customers can get their own refills, I will say they do refill the drinks pretty fast.
We hit this location on one of the busiest days of the year most likely - the day before Thanksgiving when everyone is on the road. Despite this, they were extremely efficient, friendly and the order was perfect. Fresh, generous portions, and no compromise on quality due to them being slammed. Consistently delicious with the best customer service ever, as per usual with CFA!!
A lot of places could learn from Chick-Fil-A. Always fast moving line regardless how long. Chicken is always good.
