Although my wife and I called our order in for pick up. Pickup because, my wife an I being unable to wear masks, have met with such hostility from restaurant management in Wichita Falls with a few exceptions Wasabi being one of those exceptions, and now Mia’s. I believe that we would have had a magnificent dine in experience without a doubt at Mia’s. Our order was ready within the specified timeframe, the hostess that prepared the order was very pleasant. We got back to our vacation spot ~15min drive and prepared for dinner. Our food was still surprisingly hot, despite the time in transit and very delicious. In Wichita Falls for one night on the way further west and found Mia's. Food was delicious (we had two of the specials of the night), fresh baked bread, service was good and courteous, prices moderate.
Mia's has become my go-to Italian restaurant here. I love their Eggplant Parmisan, and also the Ravioli with Vodka Sauce. Good Pizzas, pastas, and salads. Friendly, helpful staff. I do wish they offered their lunch menu on weekends as I am a Senior Citizen and I don't have my old appetite. Staff is good, desserts are excellent.
small room located at the outskirts of the city. the pizzas are the best of wichita falls, the staff is a little confusing, but if you want to spend a romantic evening this is the place.
The authentic Italian atmosphere is quite cohesive with the vineripe flavoring of the dishes. This is the place to go if you want a tranquil atmosphere and a real taste of Italy. Love!
Love this place! The service and food are really great, you won't be disappointed. We love going here on date night. And they have great carry out!
An Awesome Find!. Though Mia's was not on the usually traveled path since my move to Wichita falls, a recommendation from my coworker brought me to this little gem! I came in on a Monday night and was so excited to check it out. It was a little quiet but all the better for us. I had the Chicken TetrazZini special, AH-MAZING, and my friend chose the Tortellini that was recommended by the waitress. Both were mouth watering, but I must say the pink sauce on the Tortellini was to die for. You could put it on my boot and I'd eat it! The service was perfect, we didn't wait or want for anything, and prices were very reasonable! All in all definitely must add to my list of favorite restaurants and hope Wichita Falls helps support this gem and keep them around!!
Texas Dinning. Mia's has been by far the best Italian food I have ever been served. The wait staff were very nice and polite. There were a couple of hickups when being served but oterwise it was an excellent experience.
This food was very good. I had ravioli with mushrooms and my boyfriend had the lasagna. Both were really good. And they have great blush wine. The service was very good but we have only gone later at night around 8pm so I cannot attest to the service during rush hour. We will go back and we would rather go here than Olive Garden any day of the week. We ate with another couple and got out of there at around $50 including wine. Such reasonable prices for what u get. Anyone who has written a bad review looks like they wrote it when napolis first opened. If they tried it again they would be surprised at the quality if food and how nice the resturaunt is now and the sauces r very good. We go there for date nights, the atmosphere is better than carinos or Olive Garden. But I do feel like u have to dress a little nice. It's a good thing I like to wear dresses. Lol
Viva Valentine's Evening!. Mia's has yet to disappoint. Took AnniePie there for dinner Valentine's Day evening for a great meal and superb mood music provided by Mr. Don Cowan. The pasta was perfection, the Alfredo sauce succulent and Don wasn't bad either if you don't mind stale jokes. Staff served exceptionally well on a night that clearly was harried and hectic for them, yet we never saw a single server drop their friendly smile.
Dined at Mias for lunch today and was very pleased! Food was delicious an even though they were pretty busy, the service was great! Glad I stopped in!
We stopped in here for supper on our way through have to say the food was excellent but the service was superb.!! Huge amounts of food for around $10.00 per entre. Highly recommend stopping by mias if your in the area.!!
Best Italian place in town. I ate there today with a friend and the bread was superb.....the meals were superb. I had a tortellini in vodka sauce and my friend had something with various fish (lobster and other fish) and we both thought these meals were to die for. The chain restaurants in town cannot even hold a candle to this place.
I went to mias lastnight &it was great!!!! the food was great the service was great &the people were great. overall a great place to eat. i will be back!!!!
My husband and I went to Mias last Saturday night. I had th fruitti de mari and he had the chicken Parmesan. It was fantastic!!!!!! My waitress had blonde and black hair and was wonderful and very sweet. She was ahead of the games at all times and I never had to wait on anything I asked for. She always had it right to me. (: I thought it was awesome that the food was all homemade! I will most defiantly be going back!!!!!
Mias was awesome! service was great. especially for a saturday night. no wait, &staff were very friendly! i ate one of the specials which happend to be spinach ravioli. It was very good. &my two children shared a small pepperoni pizza. they loved it also! portions are very good sized. my money was well spent. i will deffinatly be back, &i will recommend them to everyone!
Certainly a A PLUS. I was at shepherd air force base to meet with a customer and he mentioned that he had been here in the past and we could have lunch here. Little far to go from the base, but was really well worth it. staff were attentive and it wasnt overly busy, half the restaurant full. Food was Hot and was excellent and was great value for the price we paid. Tiramisu was excellent. All in all - a 9 out of 10 and i would go back if i was in the area again
A Great Surprise. We found this restaurant from a flyer in the downtown Antique Mall and went last night and were in for a real treat! The restaurant had live music which was great, a guy sing Italian songs and playing the trumpet and he was amazing!
The service was friendly, the portion sizes generous, and the food was really tasty! I had the Chicken Picatta and my friend had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. We both had a side Greek salad (which was huge and had LOTS of toppings - yum!).
I would definitely recommend that you check this place out. Prices were good too. :)
Good Ole Italian restaurant. Nothing special ... just a great place to sit in peace and enjoy some grub with the family. Dishes aren't anything to rave about... just solid flavor ... just like mom does back home.
We came here while visiting the In-Laws who recently moved here after a 35 year military career. Town is small and so are their restaurants. Mia's lived up to that reputation. Come here for a relaxed and quite vibe with decent home cooked food. Don't expect a high end Italian restaurant.
Was really pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the dining room. The salad was good and the bread was very good. The meatballs, sausage, and mushrooms over pasta was some of the best I have had, and plenty of it. Highly recommend.
Great food and friendly service. Definitely a favorite. Wish we had found this sooner. We’ll be back for sure. There was no sign so you have to search it up. Don’t let the outside fool you. It’s plain outside but nice inside. Lasagna and meatballs and Salmon with Parmesan cream sauce with shrimp and spaghetti with garlic and olive oil were great!
Such a nice Italian restaurant hidden in Wichita Falls. I have been coming here for years and I love the food here. I would try to recommend something, but I literally enjoy everything on the menu. As a matter of fact, sometimes I struggle choosing.
I've only eaten here for dinner and typically it's in a large party. The service has always been great and the prices are very reasonable.
Actually, one of my favorite dishes is the salad with their house dressing.
Anyway, check this place out at least once if you haven't already.
I've always gone to Olive Garden for an Italian food fix and decided to finally try somewhere new. I am so glad I tried it out. I love local. This place now has my business for my Italian craving!
Stromboli is perfect, not too much and not too little. Alfredo sauce tastes very homemade. My son loves the NY style cheese pizza, little slices for the little people. Cannoli was the perfect finish, nice cool and crunchy. Wonderful!
If your wondering should i eat here, I promise you. You won't regret it. The service was prompt. The food was amazing. I will never have spaghetti or lasagna as good as I had it here. Did I mention it's amazing. If you think I'm exaggerating, we'll than you don't know good Italian when you've had it . Thank you Mias Italian bistro.
Dining in is always a pleasure, especially if I choose to eat alone. The staff are very attentive and kind. My food is always prepared fresh and its always delicious. I have never had a bad experience at Mia's. As a matter of fact, Mia's is my favorite place to eat. I'm a regular on Friday or Saturday evenings.
This is the best almost truly authentic Italian food you will find outside of Italy. The food tastes so fresh you'd swear that they were down on the Mediterranean port and the local market this morning buying their food from the fisherman and farmers. I would have taken pictures but I wolfed everything down because it was that good.
