The employees working at this location were absolutely wonderful. When I walked in, I was greeted with an enthusiastic "welcome to Firehouse!" from the entire crew, and I felt like they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making my experience a good one. I went to the Firehouse Subs in Wichita Falls, Texas this weekend to exchange a coupon for a free dessert, but I must say that the area is quite clean with signs and placements for social distancing during this troubling time. The staff was quite kind and friendly with speed and accuracy to boot.

Hot and fast. Food was really tasty. Fresh drinks (iced tea). I wouldn't hesitate to eat hear again. During lunch the place was pretty loud. We managed to visit; but, the noise made it less than ideal.

I went in to pick up an order placed 20 minutes ago on the app. I arrived and they hadn't even started on it. Thankfully I checked the order before I left, because they got it wrong! Very disappointing.
