Huge shout out to Clayton! My husband and I eat here semi-regularly (every 2 weeks or so) and this amazing guy has our order memorized, even down to remembering that my husband always adds mushrooms to his tub, because I forgot to say that when ordering tonight. Coming off a 12 hour day at work, it is so nice to have someone pleasant and calm making our dinner. Thanks Jersey Mike's, but especially Clayton- you deserve a raise!
