Ordered online and get there at 11:55 to pick up my drink. There were maybe theee cars Infront of me. They take their orders but I pull up to the mic and tell them I placed an online order and it had given me a code and everything and the lady tells me they can’t complete the order and cancel it. I
I don’t understand the difference because I have found the McDonalds chicken sandwich as a great alternative to Chil-fil-a, but my recent visit here was so disappointing. The sandwich was not the same as elsewhere and the nuggets and fries were also bleh. Next time I’ll go across the street.

Had horrible food poisoning that lasted 4 days and almost sent me to the ER because of a shamrock shake. When I ordered the girl told the manager the machine was saying it was out (meaning at the end) and the Manger said just push it, it will come out. So I paid the price of old, gone bad milkshake.
We ordered $23 dollars worth of food. We asked for some sweet and sour dipping sauce. We were met with attitude by a manager when we asked for more than one. We had already paid for water and have never had to pay for dipping sauce. We would have gladly paid with out getting "Karin" attitude. After
