Love the food but we have waited 20 minutes for it. This location needs some help.

Took 40 minutes to get food, and all the carhop said was, “Sorry. Don’t know what else to say.” Then we opened the bag to discover we didn’t get a single packet of ketchup even though we specifically asked the carhop for some.

*BEWARE* when ordering at the windthorst road location as they close earlier than what the app or their store location says and they charge for your order too even though they've already closest! no wonder 2 of the other Sonic location s closed down. with this kind of business I can understand why

Don't bother going here at 10pm. Even though their own website states they close at 11, they close around 10.
