9/10 times they get my drink wrong!!! I asked to speak to the manager more than 5 times just to see if they knew how to make a FROZEN CHOCOLATE, and even they couldn't do it.. I'm very happy when someone gets it right, but it doesn't happen very often 3:
Very clean establishment and friendly staff! My normal drink, the Caramel iced Coffee however tasted terrible. I went back and they added more sugar but it didn't help. Dunkin needs to verify the ingredients because something is definitely off. Others have mentioned the same thing too me.
Staff not very friendly. Breakfast was not good. Ordered a sourdough and just regular bread. Ordered hash browns and they gave me four little burnt hash browns. Coffee was average. Now I see why Starbucks has a line and Dunkin doesn’t. The staff alone are more lively. I’ll be sticking to Starbucks
Slow service in the lobby. I'm talking 20-30 minutes for a coffee and a bagel. Absolutely disgraceful. I've been working in town and have visited 3 times. I woke up early for work the 3rd time because I knew I was going to be waiting quite a while for 1 beverage and 1 began with some cream cheese on

Tried to get caramel added to my iced coffee but they were “out.” When I was given my coffee it wasn’t even filled up to the top and they didn’t add sweet n low to my sisters coffee and gave it to us so we can add it ourselves.
