We have had no issues. Do find it interesting how strict the location is, as there are various signs places telling customers not to touch things, etc. I overheard the worker telling another family they aren’t sampling because of the pandemic. I understand, but at the same time, the mask restrictions have changed, so unless they’re doing it just to save costs, or prevent the people who just like to sample so many that equals a free meal, I could see that being a problem. I’ve definitely tried some flavors that were not great, but we just throw it out. Witnessed another family ask for another one, but the could have been the type who eat half their ice cream before complaining. Who knows.
Great place, super fast service, staff was very friendly and got our ice cream and shake out very quickly! Excellent visit, highly recommend!
Fantastic service.. Very clean store. I had a doctor's appointment at St. Teresa's, down the street and I always make it a point to stop in and get my favorite Chocolate Peanut butter ice cream, it was delicious.
Wish they were closer , we live in Kansas City and the one near us is dirty and the ice cream is very soft.

Great place! FYI their promotions with T-Mobile are no longer happening (but personally I HATE T-Mobile anyway after they overcharged me) stop in for done great ice cream though!
We visit Baskin often! My kids love it here! The store always smells so good when you walk in! We always have great customer service and the ice cream and cookies are always delicious!
