Their customers service is good , but not their food , their chicken was rock hard and no meat, beef one is ok.

Newton kansas Arby's is super clean & the store manager is very good with people. Makes me wonder if he has mental breakdowns from being nice all the time. I deffinitly couldn't be nice all the time, he needs some time in a rage room deffinitly. Nobody can be that nice all the time with stupid custo

Fries were bad and the manager said he couldn't do anything about how rock solid they were.

We went through the drive thru. Ordered the chicken wrap and French dip. Window cashier was pleasant and efficient. Order was prepared well, none of the fast food slap together even though it was approaching the noon hour. The lettuce and tomato was good quality and very fresh. The slices of chick

( Family of four) Came in an hour before close for dine in, the employees all seemed annoyed. You know, annoyed face with fake friendliness equivalent to an eye roll. Didn't feel they really wanted us there. If I were the owner, I would have fired on the spot or had a big discussion.

Prices have gone up. Need to keep up the quality also. Great mozzarella sticks!

Food was delicious, but wish they wouldn't put Arby sauce on their supreme roast beef sandwiches. The cashier must have been new cuz she was having problems processing the order.

Arby's is a hit or miss. Food was just ok. Does not seem to be as many choices. 1 worker was very apologetic for only 2 workers being in duty. (The other was frustrated) I would try again....maybe.
