We went there around 1:00 today. I felt really bad for the two people who were working and trying to balance all of the drive-thru and walk-in customers. They were doing their utmost best to try and keep up the pace with all of it, but they couldn't handle it well. The ice machine inside the store
Had north door locked had to walk around the building to get in. Waited at counter for 5 min while staff filled drive through orders. Ended up walking out, as I hit the door had a rude comment from the staff. I guess they at least finally acknowledged someone was there.

I don’t know how this location is still up and running. Consistently bad. Never any cars ahead and always have us waiting so long and on top of that they forget an item and food is cold! Make it make sense.
