The food could have been a little bit more fresh off the grill, French fries could have been warmer. Soda machine was out of ice, so we couldn't help ourselves to the free refills.
Maybe they were just having One of those days.
But feeding Six people for under 30$ was Good
Most of the time the food is good, at least once you are able to order. I have so much trouble placing an order at the drive up. 3 different times now.
Sign off, menu board not on or not working. Staff at window on cell phone. No Trevor receipt given. 25 minute wait in drive in. Food was made accurately
I literally ordered ice cream and they asked me to pull forward I've been waiting and waiting so I called the McDonald's to ask them if they had to make the ice cream like is the machine empty and you're making more? Then they sent out a lady to ask what we ordered WOW
The clerk was friendly and helpful. There was a wait for the muffin I ordered and she gave me a second one.
Disclaimer I had never had McDonald’s food before... but my Order was made very quickly and was accurate, my one complaint was everybody had said how good the Big Mac was and I didn’t find it to be anything special the burger itself was pretty flat. This was my sandwich tonight, super raw. This is unacceptable and unsafe.
Average McDonald’s experience. Food was fine. Service was normal for a McDonald’s. They all act like they would rather be any place else. Can’t say I wouldn’t act the same way though.
