Was at the Wichita airport Dunkin’ Donuts on 6/5/21 at 4pm and the lady that was working that shift was terrible. Wanted decaf coffee and she said it wasn’t available that only had original. Asked how long it would take and she said 5 minutes..but didn’t offer to make it. Also ordered a strawberry/l
The workers at the ICT airport were extremely friendly and really made my morning before my flight today. Hope they keep up the great attitude!
This location doesn't accept gift cards for payment or the app. Might as well not call it a dunkin since they don't accept their own gift cards. 🤷
Was in there again today the lady helped the guy in front of me then disappeared. I waited over 5 minutes at the counter before anyone came back. If we were not in a hurry i would have left. Then tjey made my sandwich and it was cold and stale

Dunkin' Donuts has the best coffee, chia latte of all. The donuts are fantastic as well. I stop at one whenever I see one. Fast service, and the food is great.
